HELP AFRICAN CHILDREN
In Africa, famine has taken on dramatic proportions for local populations. Children are particularly affected. Millions are hungry and urgently need your support. Donate and help African children.
Help African children
Your help helps provide a future for families and children in Africa. It is a way to help them escape poverty and meet their needs.
You provide help beyond Helpcenters. In particular, you support social centers Helpcenters and schools and contribute to the initial financing for the development of entire regions.
Through your donations or sponsorship, you help them directly and effectively. Certification guarantees the efficient and transparent use of your donation.

PROVIDING THE HEAT OF A HOME TO CHILDREN
When you help African children, you not only support their families, but also community structures. Thus, families that are at risk of breaking up remain united and their girls and boys grow up surrounded by their loved ones. Children who can no longer be looked after by their parents find protection at Helpcenters thanks to you. We thus allow each child to grow up in an environment adapted to their age. In addition, we inform parents about positive parenting methods and children’s rights and we fund protection means and social structures within communities.
Children stay healthy
Your donation allows Helpecenters to provide children and families, especially the most vulnerable such as pregnant women and infants, with access to basic care. Individual training on topics such as hygiene, disease prevention and family planning improves their health situation and strengthens community structures.

Education for children
Your donation allows African children and adolescents to have access to education and thus offers them a way out of poverty. With local educational projects, such as kindergartens, schools, youth centers and vocational training centers, Helpcenters develop their professional and social skills in order to offer them the opportunity to lead the life they want in their country at adulthood. They are supported by qualified teachers and specialists.
The whole region benefits
By making a donation, you help Helpcenters train African families so that they can sustainably improve their income and, thus, the well-being of their children. The creation of savings and credit groups makes it possible to offer mutual loans to finance the launch of new areas of activity. These groups provide a financial safety net and provide vulnerable families with ways to escape poverty. Helpcenters considers development aid as aid to autonomy.

By making a donation, you help children in a direct and effective way.

HELPCENTERS HELPS CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD
The breakdown of families has disastrous consequences for children and for the society in which they live. In a world plagued by poverty, violence and inequality, around 10% of children need our support. They are deprived of their globally recognized rights to basic food, protection, education and medical care. These children suffer from poverty, neglect and hunger and are exposed to violence and exploitation. Almost all governments have signed the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. However, many States refuse or are unable to respect these obligations.
How we help disadvantaged children
Helpcenters is a private, politically and religiously independent organization working for the benefit of children. The organization provides a permanent home to children and adolescents in more than 130 countries. For more than 30 years, Helpcenters has been investing in children and families in distress, for the construction of sustainable and future-oriented social structures. Its primary objective is to provide for the basic needs of children. To do this, she offers them a family, gives them love, takes care of them and ensures their safety. As an independent development organization, Helpcenters supports people of different cultures and religions, in various countries and communities, and contributes to their long-term development. Helpcenters works within the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and is committed to defending these rights worldwide.
